Here I am: my third go at starting a blog and this time I have higher hopes, more motivation, and clearer vision.
I describe this as “a lifestyle blog”. The first step in creating a blog is to find your niche. I don’t have one. I’m not obsessed with or an expert at one thing (other than shopping or so my husband thinks so). I am actually interested in more things than my brain and time can handle. I believe myself to be pretty good at a number things. As I cruised the interwebs for hours spanning across, oh I don’t know, several days I kept running across lifestyle blogs. WTF is a lifestyle blog? The Google machine graced me with this:
And so now, I am a lifestyle blogger who hopes to share bits and pieces of my mind and heart–maybe some recipes, experiences from teaching (after all, I do spend most of my day with kindergarteners), beauty products I try, places I frequent, and perhaps more of my personal journey. Anything is possible as a “lifestyle blogger.”
I’d be so thrilled to connect with readers and bloggers through comments, emails, guests posts, etc. Leave your blog address for me to check out. After all, creating content is a source of communication and connection.
